ABSTRACT:

​This is an independent self-portrait taken in my parents bedroom in the spring of 2021, a complex period for the whole world in which we returned to being confined in our homes because of Covid-19. The work meditates on the relationship between a personal state of mind and the surrounding society. For the first time in my life I felt the need to use the photographic tool both as a protagonist and as an author. Personally I didn't loose anyone but the aim of this picture is to take a personal and broad reflection where everyone has the possibility to immerse themselves.
